Employment Opportunities

Engraver / Laserer - Edmonton

  • Operate laser, sublimation, sandblasting equipment.
  • Review and question any irregular wording or layout on orders, etc.
  • Relay any information on orders to showroom or production staff
  • Send out customer proofs, customer calls when required
  • Layout of orders, design, picking fonts, and ensuring no spelling errors
  • Organization of orders
  • Cutting material for orders or pulling stock when required
  • Updating file system on computers
  • Keeping work area clean and tidy
  • Maintenance of equipment
  • Computer literate with knowledge of design software Corel Draw
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Inside Salesperson - Edmonton

  • Provide service to customers and transferring information received to a work order and completed all steps that are required to fulfill orders taken
  • Invoicing of orders
  • Organization of orders
  • Contacting customers when order is complete
  • Monitoring levels of stock and notifying Operations Manager when stock is low
  • Answering phones, handling customer inquiries, quotes, etc.
  • Help maintain organized work area, counter and showroom
  • Provide leadership and training for new and existing personnel
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Promotional Products Sales Representative - Red Deer

Elite Sportswear & Awards has a challenging opportunity for an individual to join their team as they continue to grow and expand and are currently inviting applications for the position of ‘Outside Sales’.

Under the direction of the Operating Manager, the Outside Sales person must have an aptitude in securing new accounts in Red Deer and Central Alberta and demonstrate a high level of customer service toward current clientele. The ideal candidate will have a reputation for enthusiasm in building relationships with customers and a successful background in sales/retail environment. The candidate will also possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to effectively handle numerous tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously. Computer literacy and administrative skills are essential.
